Returns


Returns (excluding Damaged Goods or Lost in Transit) 

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days from the date that the goods are delivered and must be returned in the condition and packaging that they were supplied.

Refunds will be restricted to the price invoiced only and will exclude our delivery costs to you, your return costs and any costs relating to shortage or damage of contents on return.

We strongly recommend when you return the product you use an insured delivery service as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Note: 1. Effective 1st October 2012 any refunds due to goods incorrectly ordered or not suitable will incur a 5% handling fee of the value of the goods returned.  

          2. Returns for RIRI Zips will not be accepted 

Damaged Goods 

Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt quoting your WEB Order Reference Number.

The damaged goods must be returned back to M.Recht Accessories. These will be replaced at our expense with a replacement product or alternatively a full refund will be offered if the customer prefers.

Goods Lost in Transit

If you have not received your goods within 7 days of order please notify us quoting your WEB Order Reference Number.

If we are unable to obtain proof of delivery we will refund in full any monies paid including delivery costs.

Note: Refunds may be by cheque or credit to your PayPal, Bank Account or Trading account.
